My packages are designed to make my clients feel like they have a full time assistant while only paying for part time support, and I work with clients throughout the day rather than at assigned times.

Retainers are paid in advance for the month ahead.

If you exceed your monthly hours, you will be charged per 15 minutes at the equivalent hourly rate.

Unused hours? Roll over 20% of your retained time to the next month.

You can move up or down retainer packages to suit your needs: the right package for you will be reviewed on a regular basis.

Sole traders, entrepreneurs and microbusinesses tend to have less complex needs than larger organisations, which is reflected pricing above. I also offer optional quarterly invoicing for solopreneurs.
